Welcome to the South Gloucestershire Council Learning and Development Website. On this site you will find training courses, events and information that are relevant to your role within the council or in our partner organisations based in and around South Gloucestershire.
Please note that e-Learning is no longer available on the Learning & Development website as it has been transferred to the Enable website. Please visit the Safeguarding & e-Learning page for further details.
All employees from related sectors and partner organisations can browse this site and see what is on offer. You will only need to log in to book training.
You will need an account to be able to book a place on training courses. If you don’t already have an account please
click here to register.
- Your username will be your email address.
- If you are a new employee with the council, this can be your personal email until you have a South Glos email account. You can then amend your registered email address in due course via the My Account section of the website.
- For volunteers that are registering for the first time, please ensure you leave ‘South Gloucestershire Council’ as the organisation and then select ‘Volunteers'.
- Once you have registered, your account will be authorised within 2 working days.You will not be able to book training until this has been done.
If you are an establishment wanting to register for the first time then please contact us by email on
HRlearninganddevelopment@southglos.gov.uk. Please provide us with the name, address, main contact telephone number and email address for the organisation. We can then arrange to set up your establishment on the website for staff to book training.
