Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be made 5 or more working days before the event, otherwise the following charges will apply:

Adult Social Care Independent Voluntary Partner Agencies - Full cost of training, or equivalent reduction in pre-purchased days.

Local Safeguarding Children’s Board - Contributing agencies - £60 per person per day/£30 per half-day course; Non-contributing agencies -  £103.50 per person per day/£49 per half-day course day or equivalent reduction in pre-purchased days.            

Town and Parish Councils within South Gloucestershire Council- £103.50 per day/£49 per half-day course day
