Manager discussions are an opportunity to come together with other Council managers to learn from each other and find answers to the questions you have. These facilitated discussions will enable you to share good practice, explore challenges you face and provide peer insight. We will make time for self-reflection and action planning if there is anything you want to change or implement in your team as a result of discussions.
This session provides an opportunity to get together with other managers to discuss how you currently support your team with their mental health and wellbeing. The challenges you face and also be an opportunity to receive some useful resources and signposting.
These sessions are intended to provide an opportunity to discuss relevant issues to day-to-day management and provide a more connected network of managers. We hope these sessions enable you to better understand the skills managers need, realise you are not alone in the challenges you face and find a place for mutual support, collaboration and advice.
