Payments should be made online at the time of booking Bookings will not be confirmed until payment has been received Payment should be made through the South Gloucestershire Council website. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Go to www.southglos.gov.uk and click on PAY. Scroll down to Other/general invoices and then select Other Payments. You will then see an option to choose Early Years Conference. Select your course from the drop down list and follow the instructions for payment.
If you include a valid email address when making payment you will receive an automated email confirming your payment by return. The Early Years Team will also be automatically notified of your payment and will email you (usually within 3 working days) to confirm your place on the course.

Staying Positive During Change (Self-study course) SGC Staff Only
In this course, we'll look at the nature of change and how it affects individuals. It will help you recognise the impact of change and show you how to equip yourself to cope in an ever changing environment.
We'll look at changes within the council and what you may be experiencing as a result of change.
This course is also useful for line managers to help better understand how a team may be feeling and for employees to become aware of the different reactions to change that people have and the support the council offers you.
This is a self-study course that you can follow in your own time.
