Code: SGC/19/383 Emergency First Aid (EVENT FULL)

This is a one day course for participants to develop the skills necessary to provide emergency first aid to someone who has an accident or suddenly becomes ill at work. Participants will be trained and assessed during the course in order to receive a certificate. Please note - you will be required to complete 3 practical assessments and a multiple choice test. You need to bring Photo ID eg passport, driving licence. If these are not available please bring your Work ID with photo If you require assistance with reading/writing please let the use know prior to the start of the course.

Overview
The course will explore the key themes of equality, diversity and inclusion. It will include analysis of the key themes and what they mean in practice. It will include an overview of equalities legislation, explore the barriers faced by equalities communities and provide an opportunity to embed the course themes into practice.

Do you have children who are struggling to learn inside? Do you want to develop children who are inspired, resilient and motivated to learn? If so, come to our outdoor learning workshop to find out how to support their learning and behaviour. This is a short introduction to working outside.

This workshop is aimed at and will be prioritised for those practitioners who were booked onto this workshop which had to be cancelled at the Early Years Conference. If this was you then please book as soon as possible. However there are additional spaces available, so if this is also of interest to you as a practitioner please enquire to book on.
