Code: SGC/21/0090 International Women's Day - The FREEDOM Method for women

During the week of International Women’s Day 2021 we are offering a suite of courses for female colleagues on topics that women regularly tell us they want to focus on.

This one day course will provide the participants with an opportunity to focus on their personal and professional goals and build confidence. The workshop is fun and interactive and considers themes such as self-awareness, comfort zones, confidence and will be the beginning of 100 days of change based on a goal you decide. This day will provide you with a network of women to share your 100 days with and gain advice, inspiration and to hold yourself accountable for making the changes that really matter to you. Feedback on the FREEDOM method is that it has led to changes in confidence, self-esteem, wellbeing and it has encouraged people to take on challenges they never thought possible. Come on this course if you are ready to make changes in your life and want to support the other participants for the next 100 days to achieve their goals too.

The course includes a follow up session with a qualified coach to check on progress and to help you stay motivated.
