As part of the programme of events to mark International Women’s Day 2022, Emily Doe from Movement Foundations, will be delivering a mindful movement class on Friday 11 March, 12.45-1.30pm.

The session will cover:

1. Breath and grounding for wellbeing and freedom in the spine.
2. The way we sit and how to help neck and shoulder tension.
3. Movement to help us feel empowered.
