We aim that this programme will be fun and thought provoking, with small ideas that can make a big difference, it will include inspiration, science, local wellbeing information, and activities to think about or do over the week

This programme will focus on how you connect with others, different ways to be active and move more through the winter months, the benefits of taking notice of the world around you as well as the present moment, tips to keep learning, and how giving and expressing kindness can make a real difference in your life.

We will be bringing colleagues together with passion for wellbeing to facilitate sessions and give you an opportunity to share your stories, successes, goals and progress too. We will encourage people to share ideas and inspiration in the Team chat but just as with the Art of Brilliance, but people can just watch if that’s what they prefer.
