This one day workshop aims to raise awareness and knowledge of the causes and impact of dementia on individuals, and to highlight ways in which staff can work positively and effectively with older people who are living with dementia. The session delivers an overview of project management and introduces key principles and tools that support successful projects. Learners will also understand the importance of milestones, monitoring project performance and risk management.
