Whilst being able to follow a change procedure is vital, so too is the ability to apply the management skills and techniques that address the ‘people aspects’ of change. This course will be suitable for you if you are responsible for managing change and wish to discover or remind yourself of the key considerations, skills and techniques that will give your change a chance of succeeding.
