Covering areas such as leading change positively, personal resilience and emotional intelligence this workshop will help managers identify the methods to support members of staff and effectively deliver workforce change.

Change has become a constant in our working lives. The rate of change continues to increase along with its impact. It all means that it has become even more important that as managers, we ensure that the process of change is handled effectively. Whilst being able to follow a change procedure is vital, so too is the ability to apply the management skills and techniques that address the ‘people aspects’ of change. This course will be suitable for you if you are responsible for managing change and wish to discover or remind yourself of the key considerations, skills and techniques that will give your change a chance of succeeding.
