Event description
Time to Talk Day is the nation’s biggest mental health conversation. It’s an opportunity for friends, families and communities to come together to talk, listen and change lives. We would like to invite you to join us for tea, coffee and cake.

We have arranged a guest speaker, Paul Field, to come and talk to us about The Art of Brilliance, who specialise in training and development to help people be more positive, motivated, and brilliant! In short, they remind people how to be their best self. This is going to be the start of a package of support from The Art of Brilliance for foster carers, social care staff, and young people.

You can find out more in the meantime at artofbrilliance.co.uk. We want our foster carers to feel able to talk to us any day though, and not just one day a year so the support will continue.
Learning outcomes
Life is a full-on and relentless experience. It was never meant to be easy or fair and it is very easy to slip into negative, low-energy habits.

The Art of Brilliance deliver sessions designed to remind people of their power and potential. Using the knowledge provided by the science of Positive Psychology we show people how making small changes to our thinking can make a huge difference to our experience of life. We take out the big words and help people make a big impact – on their own lives and the lives of the people around them.

Join Art of Brilliance trainer Paul Field to spend some time thinking about thinking and exploring ways to build better habits and move towards the life you deserve.

Paul will be delivering his session between 1:30pm – 2:15pm, so that if you need to leave early for the school run, you can.
