Event description
This half day workshop has been designed to assist you to explore and enhance your communication skills so that you can understand what makes you behave the way you do and how you can better interact with your colleagues/constituents. From that foundation we look at how your colleagues/constituents behave, what makes them different/unique and then how to adapt our behaviour to make the most of every personal interaction.

This training is based on the colour behavioural system used in Cme.
