This session will be full of tips of things you may want to try to boost you wellbeing, helpful advice and ideas as well as habits that have been shown to maintain and build your wellbeing. There will be practical exercises here that you are able to share with others around you and colleagues and ideas of how you can increase wellbeing even in these challenging times.
