We are able to design and commission a range of change management interventions, from coaching support to line managers implementing change, through to full team events to help support teams undergoing change or actively implementing change. As well as our partners at LHH Penna, who provide one to one support for organisational change programmes such as Service Reviews, we can provide smaller workshops or sessions to meet your needs. Using tools such as Myers Briggs type indicators*, Belbin workplace behavioural tools* and other diagnostic methods as appropriate, we can help you and your team through the change process.
