This webinar will give you a refresher on the understanding of good the skills required in remote recruitment and selection. It will include advert writing, candidate attraction, using CVs in selection and the council’s new recruitment system. You’ll have the opportunity to discuss how remote recruitment differs from face to face recruitment in terms of shortlisting and interviewing and gain advice on your own recruitment practices. We will also cover unconscious bias and how to promote equality within recruitment.
