These network meeting is for experienced Baby Room Practitioners who would like an opportunity to develop their knowledge and practice through networking.

How do you meet the unique needs of babies in your setting? These networks are aimed at experienced practitioners and room leaders who would like opportunities to reflect, extend their thinking, share experiences and gain new ideas for developing practice. A supportive peer to peer environment will be facilitated to encourage delegates to gain the benefits of networking.

As a network we aim to be responsive to the needs of the group and will use delegate feedback alongside current research to provide the focus for each session.

Code: SGC/22/0995 Resilience Lab – Train the Trainer Online

Off The Record are delivering training for professionals looking for a greater understanding of the factors that contribute to resilience. The training is designed to explore the five different Resilience Lab sessions (Pressure Proof, Making Friends with Stress, Thinking Traps, Stronger and Reach Out) using the evidenced based tools and techniques and generate discussion on how these can be adapted within your setting.

Zoom will be used for the training and will use the break out rooms for smaller group discussions. The training requires all participants to contribute and share their experience.

Attendance at both sessions is required to complete the course

• We ask people to try, as much as circumstances allow, to be in a quiet and confidential space for the training.

• If you're comfortable doing so, it's my preference to have people's cameras on. It's quite an interactive training so tends to work better if people can see each other.

• It's intended to be an experiential training, so you just need to bring yourselves and get involved! All the resources covered in the training will be sent after.
