The Care Certificate was introduced as an induction programme for staff new to social care from April 2015. CQC expects that all workers can demonstrate that they work to these 15 standards and they will expect written evidence of this, but processes and paperwork can appear confusing and complex.
South Gloucestershire Council is offering employers this ½ day course focused on the Care Certificate. It introduces managers to a straightforward and easy process to use when supporting new staff to meet the standards in the certificate.
The workshop will combine presentation and discussion. Written materials will be provided
