Code: SGC/20/1295 Control in times of uncertainty (Lenny)

An introduction to a simple and effective tool the control dartboard, helpful in times of change or unpredictable conditions. The model can help at home or at work, it can be applied to self or others and is a great way of taking the “sting” of emotional responses out, to help us apply logic to our thinking. A very practical model that can be applied in a variety of situations and can really help to “free up” stuck thinking.

This workshop will be delivered as a webinar via skype.
