During this session your trainer will provide you with an introduction to Mosaic workflow and on how to complete and progress work within Mosaic. You’ll also get the opportunity to work through a Mosaic workflow process that you’ll be using in your day to day role.
This is a trainer-led virtual course conducted via Microsoft Teams and the Mosaic Training Database.

During this session you'll get the opportunity to practice what was covered in the online 'Me-Learning' by logging into the Mosaic Training Database and completing a series of tasks which will be explained to you in short video demonstrations. The tasks will include recording basic person details and updating running records.
This is a self-led virtual course conducted via Microsoft Teams, the CAH Learning Portal and the Mosaic Training Database. ** You will not be able to progress to ‘Children’s – Mosaic Advanced’ until this course has been completed**
