Code: SGC/22/0999 Relationship Mapping - Baby Practitioner Summer Project

We would like to invite senior baby room staff to partake in this project which will explore relationship mapping- a concept which focuses on connections between the adult and child, supporting practitioners to ensure that every child has a strong connection to at least one adult. We will also explore concepts which link to this approach including attachment theory and professional love and reflect upon how these contribute towards an effective key person system for babies.
