During this session your trainer will provide you with an introduction to Mosaic workflow and on how to complete and progress work within Mosaic. You’ll also get the opportunity to work through a Mosaic workflow process that you’ll be using in your day to day role.

During this session you'll get the opportunity to practice what was covered in the online 'Me-Learning' by logging into the Mosaic Training Database and completing a series of tasks which will be explained to you in short video demonstrations. The tasks will include recording basic person details and updating running records.

This is a self-led virtual course conducted via Microsoft Teams, the CAH Learning Portal and the Mosaic Training Database.

This workshop provided by Natwest Community banking services, looks at how our wellbeing is impacted by our finances, what small changes we can do to get our finances in better shape and where to turn should you find your finances in a difficult position.

This interactive session will give you an opportunity to discuss financial wellbeing. You won’t be able to get personal banking advice but you’ll be able to ask questions about general financial management principles which can help you to change your relationship with your money.

In this interactive session you will learn more about common online and text impersonation scams, investment scams and romance scams where people get to know people before defrauding them. The multi-agency South Gloucestershire Safeguarding Adults Board oversees the Joint Policy and Procedures for Safeguarding Adults in this area. It is essential that a wide range of staff working in local authority, health and social care agencies are fully aware of the key issues in safeguarding vulnerable adults and of how the policy affects them in their front-line roles. The half-day Raising Safeguarding Concerns course is essential training for all front-line staff and managers who are involved in providing services to adults at risk and who work directly with service users. The course content is mapped to the learning outcomes in the local Safeguarding Adults Training Standards (published Dec 2017) as well as to relevant national occupational standards including the Care Certificate (Standard 10). Course attendance is monitored by the Safeguarding Adults Board. The standard charge for this course is £40. As the recruiting manager you’re at the centre of the process, driving the process to recruit the best person to meet your job needs. You have the insight and knowledge of how the role fits into the overall team, and what is needed to effectively perform this. This webinar will give you an understanding of good the skills required in remote recruitment and selection. It will include advert writing, candidate attraction, using CVs in selection and the council’s new recruitment system. You’ll have the opportunity to discuss how remote recruitment differs from face to face recruitment in terms of shortlisting and interviewing and gain advice on your own recruitment practices. We will also cover unconscious bias and how to promote equality within recruitment.

How do you meet the unique needs of babies in your setting? These networks are aimed at experienced practitioners and room leaders who would like opportunities to reflect, extend their thinking, share experiences and gain new ideas for developing practice. A supportive peer to peer environment will be facilitated to encourage delegates to gain the benefits of networking.

As a network we aim to be responsive to the needs of the group and will use delegate feedback alongside current research to provide the focus for each session.
