In order to provide the service you require we will share your information with Mental Health First Aid England to enable them to send you the course materials required for this training. This is an accessible and flexible online format of the popular ‘face-to-face’ Youth MHFA Two Day course. Learners who complete the course will be certified as Youth Mental Health First Aiders and will receive an e-certificate on completion.

The course is a blend of individual learning and 4 live sessions all of which must be completed for your e-certificate to be issued. Online learning is via MHFA’s Online Learning Hub. Once you are registered, you will be issued with a login code so you can assess the Hub.

You will need a laptop or computer with a web cam and mic for the live sessions and ability to log on to an external platform which is likely to be Zoom. South Glos Council employees will need approval to use an external platform prior to the course starting.

Attendance at all four live sessions is expected.
