This is a bite sized session, lasting an hour, to launch the New Local Offer to our Care Leavers.
There are four sessions being run during August and September. Please note that unless you are on leave all staff must attend the training on one of these dates.
If you are unable to attend any of the sessions arranged, please speak to your manager.
A recording will be made from one of these sessions.

Learning outcomes
• To ensure staff fully understand what is meant by a local offer and what should be included in a local offer.
• To ensure staff are also aware of the importance of good timely, consistent information and advice and guidance (IAG) including supporting signposting to relevant organisation for support.
• To ensure staff know what tools are available to support their role.
• To ensure staff are aware of what the changes to the offer are and the future developments.
• To ensure staff are aware of our expectation of their role in sharing and promoting the local offer to our young people.
• To ensure staff are also aware of the importance of good timely, consistent information and advice and guidance (IAG) including supporting signposting to relevant organisation for support.
