South Gloucestershire has been working with The Art of Brilliance during the last year to deliver programmes supporting young people and adults with their personal wellbeing. Using the science of Positive Psychology, the team share proven methods to raise the happiness levels of everyone. With all the big words taken out, they believe people can make a huge, and enjoyable, impact on their own happiness and the positive experiences of the people around them.
Learning outcomes
Join Paul Field as he gives an introduction to the programme which will be running to support children in care, care leavers, and the adults who support them. Following this session there will be an opportunity to participate in a longer-term project where people can learn about invaluable attitudes, behaviours and skills which will launch them into a life of fulfilment and joy.
