Event description
This programme aims to bring middle managers together to consider the challenges they face in their roles and develop skills and strategies to enhance how they work and how they lead teams they manage. This is a blended programme with a mixture of webinars, online learning, options for psychometric assessment using Belbin team roles and individual reflection and skills practice. This programme is put together with core elements and a bespoke CPD package to meet individual needs.

You will have an opportunity to undertake a Strengthscope profile in order to explore the strengths and tasks that you are most energised by in work and how you can use your strengths in a more effective way your day to day.

On this programme you will have an opportunity to discuss delivering council services, cross council working opportunities and build supportive networks as well as considering the skills you need at this level of management and how you can continue to develop through service changes and future demands. It will include key aspects of council work such as value for money, developing the skills and talent of our employees, equality and wellbeing and helping you deliver excellent services in changing times.

SGC staff: There will be £100 re-charge to your SGC department for attending this programme
External customers: £385 charge for attending this programme
