Event description
Off The Record are delivering training for professionals looking for a greater understanding of the factors that contribute to resilience. The training is designed to explore the five different Resilience Lab sessions (Pressure Proof, Making Friends with Stress, Thinking Traps, Stronger and Reach Out) using the evidenced based tools and techniques and generate discussion on how these can be adapted within your setting. The training requires all participants to contribute and share their experience.

Attendance at both sessions is required to complete the course
