Would you like to be a better leader? Leadership and communication go hand in hand and this blended day gives you an opportunity to reflect on your skills as a leader and identify how your behaviour, skills and attitudes reflects your identity as a manager and leader. In this session we will give you an opportunity to discuss what leadership traits teams look for and expect and what can help you develop your leadership identity and style.
People have different needs when it comes to communication and this course will help you better understand the communication needs and styles of your team based on personality and factors, in order to engage everyone more fully. This will also include communicating around equalities and wellbeing priorities for your team and role modelling leadership behaviours.
