A workshop for managers who have the responsibility for implementing change, we will consider change theories, understanding how people respond to change and think about how you can look after yourself, whilst supporting your staff too.
Learning outcomes
• Be able to describe the VUCA concept and some of the implications of this;
• Be confident about their own role in managing change and how they can look after their own resilience and support staff;
• Understand the stages of change;
• Be clear about what support is available for them and their teams;
• Understand how the behaviour of the manager impacts on the likely success of the change.
