You are invited to a briefing session to hear all about the Compass Team (previously known as the Early Help Partnership Team)
The purpose of Compass is to navigate families to the right help, in the right way, at the right time.
Compass provides information and advice regarding early help both directly to families, as well as to professionals who are supporting them to enable them to achieve meaningful and positive outcomes.
Compass provide advice and support to services who are working with families and/or who are leading on an Early Help Assessment and Plan (EHAP).
Compass want to prevent families having statutory intervention and receive support at the right time, as early as possible.
