Dealing with your mental health can be difficult in high stress situations. Positive mental health is a priority. How do we help ourselves stay positive and cope? We need to be using preventative measures to minimise the consequences.

The webinar will cover causes of stress, understanding stress and spotting triggers. It will look at ways to cope with stress and a personal action plan.
