This one hour webinar will take place on Microsoft Teams and is being run by the Primary Mental Health Specialists Team.

The webinar will cover how to identify if a young person has anxiety and what the possible causes of that anxiety maybe. Introduce you to the anxiety toolkit and other resources to help the young person to reduce their anxiety. 

There will also be discussion around emotionally based school refusal (EBSR)
