Belbin team roles help people understand their contribution to workplace teams including their strengths and allowable weaknesses, and how to maximise the effectiveness of workplace relationships. This webinar uses an electronic self-assessment tool to create an individualised Belbin profile for delegates.
Learning outcomes
By the end of the webinar delegates will be able to:
1. describe the Belbin team role concept and how this helps with managing and supporting workplace teams;
2. describe their own team role preferences and practically apply them to their own team working practices;
