Event description
A two hour webinar for managers, hosted by Talking Menopause, providing you a safe space to learn more about menopause and some of the solutions to symptoms.

The headcount for January 2018 showed there were 3175 people employed by South Gloucestershire Council* of which 1264, or 40%, were women of menopausal or perimenopause age

- Are you giving women the confidence to be open about their menopausal challenges?
- Are you taking responsibility for the health, safety and wellbeing of menopausal employees?
- How can you support women on their menopausal journey to ensure productivity levels are
managed?
- Menopause at work affects men as well as women!

Around 3.5 million women aged over 50 years are currently employed in the UK and studies have shown that at least 50% of women have reported finding work somewhat or fairly difficult due to their symptoms of menopause. The menopause is a life event, not an illness, and around 80% of women in the UK have symptoms and 25% of these have severe symptoms. Over 75% of women do not realise their symptoms are due to the menopause.
