To support SEND case officers to apply good conversation practice skills to managing challenging difficult conversations with parents.
Learning outcomes
By the end of the session SEND case officers will have:
1. Discussed issues around managing challenging conversations and explored good practice.
2. Worked together as a group to come up with some common responses to scenarios they might be facing.
