This course is delivered as a webinar via MS Teams - you will be sent an invite to join. The facilitator is Jonathan Nash.
The handout for Day 1 contains 3 sets of self-study which must be completed before attending the webinar (see attached)
To educate adult social care practitioners and managers on the limits of social care and the National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare.
