This information session is for leaders, managers and childminders who wish to reflect on their provision for two year olds. Do you want to provide an environment that really supports two year olds? This could be the way forward to providing the best possible start for all your two year olds to enable them to flourish and learn. The toolkit will enable practitioners to reflect on their current practice and how they meet the specific needs of two year olds, keeping the child at the centre ‘what is it like for me here?’ The toolkit will support you to: • Reflect on the challenges and delights of working and playing with this particular age group • Reflect on what an enabling learning environment should look like • Reflect on the invaluable role of the practitioner in supporting two year olds • Develop high quality provision This session will provide leaders, managers and childminders with the information they require in order to make a decision regarding purchasing this support package from the Early Years Team. Attending this session does not commit you in any way to purchasing these materials.

To have an understanding of the mechanism of the Toddler Quality Toolkit (TQT).

To develop an understanding of how the TQT will support your work with two year olds.

To be confident on the delivery model/costings and the support offered by the Early Years team.
