Event description
This masterclass will explore “CRAFT – a safety focussed approach to assessment and practice when working with children and families experiencing domestic abuse”. CRAFT will be introduced in a highly interactive and thought provoking way, offering an opportunity to critically reflect and develop practice when working with domestic abuse across South Gloucestershire. The session will use a range of methods to achieve the aims and objectives including forms of multi media and the use of ‘live actors’ to create scenarios based on real life experiences. Following the session there will be an opportunity to become part of a group of practitioners involved in the ‘CRAFT’ research study being led by the session facilitator, Jodie Das. More information will be given on the day about this exciting opportunity.
