Event description
These workshops build consistency in good practice across children and young people's services.
Learning outcomes
The workshops provide a way to both challenge and support front line practitioners to be clear about what Good Practice looks like. They are led by the Principal Social Worker and her team and focus on examples of Good Practice and support to staff to self evaluate their own practice against these examples.
The aim is for managers and practitioners to identify cases and present these at the sessions so everyone can learn from our own success.
The sessions share the things that went well, not so well, and what people did differently to improve things.
