Event description
This woman’s leadership development programme seeks to address the under representation of women in management roles within the council through a women’s only programme which builds confidence, informal networks and develops an understanding of women as future leaders. This inspiring and engaging programme is for existing female managers who wish to progress in their careers or aspiring managers and leaders. If this programme interests you but you aren’t sure if it is right for you please give Emily Proom (4213), Emma Ford (4447) or Debra Parsons (8273) a call to discuss this further. Please note: This is a women only programme. If you are interested in management development you may also be interested in our Introduction to First Line Management programme which sets out the foundations of knowledge and skills needed for development within a management role. Course details are on the website.
