PLEASE NOTE: This course is designed for staff who work on the following processes: EHCP and Early Help This session will provide participants with a more in depth look at Mosaic, covering the fundamentals, specifically the ‘Workflow’ process by giving people the opportunity to work through a process that they will use in their day to day work. This session builds on the Mosaic: Getting Started (Intermediate Session). Participants will begin to develop the necessary skills they need to get started with adding and progressing work (‘Workflow’) in preparation for go live on 12th March 2018. This session is mandatory for all staff who work on the following processes: CP, CIN, Fostering, LAC, Leaving Care, EHCP and Early Help (including CP note takers but not including Business Support). There are 3 types of advanced session, grouped into 1: CP & CIN 2: Fostering, LAC & Leaving Care 3: EHCP & Early Help – you only need to attend one session that covers the process you work with most often.
