Change has become a constant in our working lives. The rate of change continues to increase along with its impact. It all means that it has become even more important that as managers, we ensure that the process of change is handled effectively. Whilst being able to follow a change procedure is vital, so too is the ability to apply the management skills and techniques that address the ‘people aspects’ of change. This course will be suitable for you if you are responsible for managing change and wish to discover or remind yourself of the key considerations, skills and techniques that will give your change a chance of succeeding.

This workshop therefore will explore some important themes;
•Your role in leading change
•The forces and nature of change in the organisation
•Strategic approaches to leading change
•The process, stages and impact of change on individuals
•The use of a range of tools and techniques to initiate and support change
