Event description
Managers are responsible for the management of individual and team performance. This one day training course will explain the Council's Personal Development and Performance Review process. The workshop focuses on practising the skills to carry out effective meetings, understanding objective setting and making the PDPR process meaningful for all staff. The standard charge for this course is £70 per day. Please refer to our Course Charges on the Home page for information on discounts and exemptions.
Learning outcomes
- Fulfill the expectations on them as managers in relation to PDPR - Identify and agree performance and developmental objectives - Monitor and evaluate performance and give feedback - Use 360 feedback within the PDPR process - Engage and support their team to get the most from the process
