Event description
This course will help you learn how to stand your ground and be assertive. Identify what is assertiveness, how to be assertive and what stops us from being assertive. You will learn a model to help you give feedback. Practice newly learnt skills. Understand why people are challenging. Be aware of your own strengths and areas to work on. Please note there is a charge of £40 to attend this course.
