Event description
These events are suitable for Childminders and the SENCO in your setting. Keeping up to date with local and national information is a challenge for everyone. These networks will provide Childminders and SENCOs with a range of experiences, with opportunities to come together to share information and to engage in professional discussion and dialogue. Meetings will be structured to provide: • Local and national updates • An opportunity to discuss and explore a current early years SEND topic or theme • An opportunity for practitioners to share good practice and learn from each other The focus for the meeting will be posted on the VLE one month prior to the meeting taking place.
Learning outcomes
To support Childminders and SENCOs in settings to develop their knowledge and understanding of working with children who have SEND.

To explore and share examples of good practice in relation to inclusion.
