This network is aimed at new Officers of a Committee and also at more experienced Officers who would like to network with committee members from other settings to share experiences and best practice. As an Officer of the Committee, do you fully understand the roles and responsibilities of a voluntary organisation? Do you know about the VLE and the information available to you? Are you confident that you can recruit replacements when your time as a Committee Officer is up? This support network, facilitated by the Early Years Business Development team, is an informal opportunity for Officers of the Committee to get together and network with others in a similar role, to learn from each other’s experiences, to discuss common issues, and to start to plan for future succession.
