Event description
Since first going into care at the age of 2, Paul has a wide experience as first a child in care and then both as a care leaver and as a professional working with children in care. After graduating as a Primary school teacher in 1991 Paul has lived in the Middle East, North Africa and Europe before settling back in the UK. He has been a senior leader in education for the last 10 years working as Headteacher of a local authority Virtual School for looked after children and as head of education for a unit for children in secure care.
Paul has worked in all phases of education from Primary up to tertiary (college) and even first year degree level teaching a range of subjects in that time. He currently works with children who are not attending school.
