This course will provide participants with an opportunity to focus on your personal and professional goals and give you ongoing support to achieve them. The workshop is fun and interactive, and considers themes such as self-awareness, comfort zones, and confidence. As an online course it will contain a mixture of discussions and self-study as well as essential pre-course work. It is written so people at all levels within the organisation can benefit from it.
This course marks the beginning of 100 days of change based on a goal you decide. It will provide you with a network of people to share your 100 days with, gain advice, and inspiration from. This network can hold you accountable for making the changes that really matter to you.
Feedback on the FREEDOM method is that it has led to promotions, further study, improvements in confidence, self-esteem and wellbeing. It has encouraged people to take on challenges they never thought possible. The programme will be run over two workshops, allow 1 hour for home learning for the pre course work and two hours for the homework tasks.
