This workshop provided by Natwest Community banking services, looks at how our wellbeing is impacted by our finances, what small changes we can do to get our finances in better shape and where to turn should you find your finances in a difficult position.

This interactive session will give you an opportunity to discuss financial wellbeing. You won’t be able to get personal banking advice but you’ll be able to ask questions about general financial management principles which can help you to change your relationship with your money.
Learning outcomes
• You will have a better understanding of the link between finances and wellbeing
• You’ll consider budgeting and spending habits
• You’ll be signposted to sources of support when things get financially difficult
• You’ll understand what small changes you can personally make, will secure your financial wellbeing
