As a new employee of the council it’s important that you get an understanding of how the council works, how your role contributes to the overall council plan, how decisions are made, what is expected of you and what you can expect from us and hints and tips ensure your career with South Gloucestershire Council is rewarding.
This webinar compliments e-modules, individual induction plans. New starters will receive an overview of the council, a welcome from the Chief Executive and the opportunity to meet fellow new starters as well as a representative from our senior leadership team.
Attendees will also be given an induction pack.
Learning outcomes
To ensure that new staff receive a warm welcome to the council and gain an understanding of how the council operates, the main priorities as outlined in the council plan and the opportunity to meet other new starters.
