Event description
The Workforce Development team have developed a series of bitesize virtual courses for managers and employees to deal with the practical changes to working practices brought about by Covid-19 and maintain and build wellbeing and resilience. This webinar is for managers who are managing remotely. For many of us the workplace has totally transformed with anyone who can working at home and having to adjust to remote working as both a short and long term reality. You may have been using technology to support remote working for a long time but it may be a new prospect for managers to lead teams who are now largely or fully working remotely. In this session we will focus on: the key principles of remote working, the challenges, benefits, and leadership traits of a remote manager, how to support individuals who are feeling a sense of isolation, and how to best use the technology available so that you can make remote working a success.

This interactive and engaging webinar will be facilitated by Deb Parsons and Emma Ford and you will get many of the benefits of attending a face to face session.

Once you have requested a place on this webinar, you will be sent an MS Teams appointment with further information.
